When we first created this design, we wanted it to have stars. When we embroidered it, we had to go over the stars twice so it doesn't look as professional as we wanted it to. There is nothing wrong with the sweatshirt or the rest of the design, the only difference is the stars.

Processing Time

Sweatshirts are prepared once an order is placed and are not pre-made. It may take up 4-6 weeks to prepare an order and have it shipped out. Please reach out to us if you would like your order sent by a specific date.

Shipping

Shipping times will vary based on type of shipping selected as well as location. Local shipping across Canada will vary from 4 days to 2 weeks depending on choice of standard or expedited shipping.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post and connecting local carriers. It can take up to 2-12 weeks for your order to reach your destination. Any customs fees, taxes, or other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in original purchase/shipping costs.

Return policy

We do not accept returns unless the item ordered is defective. Please send us an email at gooddayscs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will assess the item and respond as soon as possible letting you know if the item qualifies for a return or an exchange.
